Small dedicated models that judge an AI coding agent's tool call before it runs: allow, review or block. Three sizes share one policy, one input format and the same three decisions.

• vulcan-decision-shell-v1-runtime: ONNX packages of all three for CUDA, WebGPU and CPU
• vulcan-decision-shell-v1-data: training and validation banks

Use it

• Vulcan Decision Guard: permission guard plugins for Claude Code and Codex. Every tool call is judged locally on ONNX or through OpenVulcan Cloud before it runs, and nothing is allowed when the judge cannot answer.
• VulcanCode: our coding and work platform uses these models for automatic approval.

The cloud decision model is free, permanently.
